Served the Pakistan Navy for 32 years in various operational command, staff and teaching assignments.
Is a graduate of Government Degree College Multan and did his Post-graduate strategic studies from Karachi University.
Graduate of Air War College and remained on the faculty of college for four years.
Attended numerous professional courses in Pakistan and abroad.
A key and pioneer member in establishment of Naval Aviation Training School (NATS).
Served as Principal Bahria College, Karachi.
Joined CDSS as Deputy Director (Operations) in 2008.
Promoted to General Manager (Operations & Project) in 2011.
